6. Construction or Renovation
The actual construction or renovation work begins as outlined in the project plan.
We manage all aspects of the project, including scheduling and quality control.
7. Regular Updates and Communication
Throughout the project, the R&E BYG maintains open communication with the customer, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns or changes.
8. Project Completion and Final Inspection
Once the construction or renovation work is finished, a final inspection is conducted to ensure everything is up to standard and meets customers’ expectations.
9. Customer Walkthrough and Approval
The customer walks through the completed project with us to verify that all work has been done to their satisfaction.
10. Final Payment and Closeout
The customer makes the final payment as per the contract terms.
All necessary paperwork, warranties, and instructions for maintenance and care are provided to the customer.
11. Post-Project Follow-Up
R&E BYG may follow up with the customer after project completion to address any remaining questions or concerns.
